job responsibilities
1. Responsible for providing first level telephone consultation on the sales and after-sales technical services of the company's industrial control computers;
2. Responsible for handling 400 dispatch orders and tasks assigned by immediate superiors;
3. Detect/repair customer's repaired products and complete them within the specified repair cycle;
4. Write maintenance and inspection reports as well as after-sales on-site service reports;
5. Coordinate and follow up on major customer issues summarize and improve services;
6. Provide immediate feedback and relevant suggestions for any quality/design issues encountered during the service process of the company's products;
7. Participate in various technical exchanges and training organized by the company to achieve the sharing of technology and experience.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems with proficient skills in computer software and hardware installation and debugging;
2. Familiar with computer hardware fault diagnosis ideas able to independently handle common computer faults;
3. Smooth communication and proactive in work good at thinking and learning;
4. Have a good sense of teamwork and obey company deployment;
5. Can adapt to business trips and respond to emergency services.
